PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Butternut squash is a pear-shaped winter squash with smooth tan skin and sweet orange flesh. It has a rich, nutty flavour and can generally be used in recipes that call for sweet potatoes. Try butternut squash roasted over a kale salad with goat cheese, or cook and blend for soup.
